Dicey Heights is a game. It is not in the data business. The short version: we don't ask who you are, and we couldn't tell you if we wanted to.
The iOS app
The Dicey Heights app collects no data at all. There are no accounts, no sign-ins, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind. Your progress — unlocked levels, coins, skins, scores — is saved only on your own device, and it never leaves it. Delete the app and that data is gone with it.
The website (diceyheights.com)
Playing in the browser works the same way: no accounts, and progress is saved in your browser's local storage on your own device.
The website counts page views using GoatCounter, a privacy-first analytics service. It uses no cookies, builds no profiles, and collects no personally identifiable information — it tells us "the site had some visitors today" and nothing about who they were. That is the only measurement on the site, and the app contains none of it.
Children
Because no personal information is collected from anyone, none is collected from children.
Changes
If the game ever adds something that touches data — say, an online leaderboard — this page will describe it plainly before it ships.
